Hi I’m Lindsey. I am a Holistic Therapist offering Solution Focused Hypnotherapy, Specialist Womb, Fertility and Digestive Massage, Aromatherapy, Reflexology and Reiki.
I am based in Stirling, Scotland and work from my therapeutic in person relaxation room and also have an on-line option for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy.
I am enthusiastic about inspiring individuals to feel empowered and find their true, confident and meaningful identity.
I have a wealth of knowledge and experience spanning over 25 years within Complementary Therapies, both in the NHS and private sector, which I am thrilled to be able to offer to you.
I am dedicated to inspiring growth and blossoming to all those who I am privileged to meet. Frequently I am in awe about how positive solution focused conversations, along with easy to understand explanations of how our brains process and think, can make powerful differences. You’ll find I passionately use solution focused hypnotherapy to encourage individuals to seek new perspectives and with that empowering change, confident control and self – belief.
